My work as a Psychologist reflects a holistic multidimensional approach to healing. My education at Gonzaga University was based on Humanistic, Client Centered theories of psychology; my education at Pacifica Graduate Institute was based on Jungian Psychology and Analytic theory. My training since then has included Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Relational Psychology, Dreamtending, and Depth Psychology.
I received my education at the University of Alberta, York University, Gonzaga University, Pacifica Graduate Institute and The Stone Centre at the University of Wellesley.

- Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology with Emphasis in Depth Psychology.
I have also have attended numerous workshops both locally and abroad. Recent seminars include “A Rich Tapestry: Mid-Life and Beyond” held in Killarney, Ireland by the New York Center of Jungian Studies,“Greek Mythology”, held in the Greek Islands with author Christine Downing, and conferences in Assisi, Italy and Rome and Florence with various Jungian authors and analysts. I have also attended several local conferences on treating Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety and Trauma.
I am a member of the College of Psychologists of British Columbia and the College of Alberta Psychologists.
In addition to working with individuals and couples, I lecture in the United States and Canada and provide workshops on Body Image and Female Midlife issues.
